The heating element made by Jaye Heater Technology is made from a high-resistance wire, such as nichrome or kanthal, that is wound tightly around a ceramic core. The wire is insulated from the core and the metal sheath by a layer of magnesium oxide (MgO) powder. This insulation helps to protect the wire from damage and also helps to distribute the heat evenly along the length of the heating element. The basic structure of cartridge heater that is the nickel-chrome resistance wire wound around a magnesium oxide core. Then filled with high temperature insulated magnesium oxide powder. Nickel pins pass through the center of the core making contact with the resistance wire at both ends.

2. The maximum operating temperature is 700℃, which refers to the material SS310S or Incoloy800/840. This temperature is used for 1 year warranty in the embedded dry burning environment, and 3 months in the bare air dry burning environment.
