The flat type heating element is a high-compressed heating rod, which is manufactured by nickel-chrome 80/20 resistance wire and magnium-oxide insulation material. Jaye Industry adopts advanced technology to bend, anneal the heating tube. There are available options for single, two or three wire conductor with single or two sided connection.
There are no standard specifications, the mentioned above just for your reference. These flat type heating elements have many advantages over the round heating elements:
