It consists of a cylindrical, tubular structure that contains a resistance wire heating element, typically made of materials like nickel-chromium (NiCr). Specifications of Thermocouple-equipped cartridge heater
1. Size:
Diameter: Sizes range from 3mm to 30mm (1/8 inch to 1 inch), but custom sizes can also be specified.
Length: It usually ranges from 25mm to 500mm (1 inch to 20 inches).
2. Wattage:
Power rating: Usually between 50W and 3000W.
Watt density is the amount of power dissipated per square inch of the heater's surface area. High watt density allows for fast heating.
3. Voltage:

4. Thermocouple type:
