1. Design and Preparation

• Design Specifications: Determine the dimensions, power rating, voltage, and temperature requirements based on the application.
• Material Preparation: Acquire mica sheets, nichrome wire, metal sheath, insulating material, terminal blocks, screws, and bolts.

2. Winding the Heating Element

3. Assembling Components
