Thermal cutoffs, also called thermal cutoffs, are temperature-sensing circuit cutoff devices. Thermal cutoff installation tips.
1. When the fuse is bent and used, it should be bent from the part more than 6mm from the root; when bending, the root and the fuse should not be damaged, and the fuse should not be forcibly pulled, pressed or twisted.
2. Thermal fuse body using screws, riveted or terminal block fixed way, should be able to prevent mechanical creep and ten million poor contact phenomenon.
3. Connected parts should be able to work reliably in the working range of electrical products, will not be displaced by vibration, shock.
4. Lead welding operation, the heating humidity should be limited to a minimum, taking care not to apply high temperature on the thermal fuse; not to forcibly pull, press, twist the thermal fuse and lead; after welding is completed, it should be immediately cooled for more than 30 seconds.
5. Thermal fuse can only be used under the conditions of the specified rated voltage, current and specified temperature, especially pay attention to the maximum continuous temperature that the thermal fuse can withstand.
