The temperature fuse is also called thermal fuse, it is a new type of electrical exceed heating protection element. This temperature controller is usually installed in heat-prone appliances. If the appliance malfunctions causing the higher temperature, the temperature fuse will help it cut off the power supply and prevent the appliance from causing a fire.
Rated Voltage: 250V
Rated Current: 10A
Operating Temperature Rating: 192 Degrees
The Temperature Thermal Fuse Mainly has the Following Parameters:
1. Rated temperature: sometimes also referred to as operating temperature or fusing temperature, it refers to the temperature at a rate of 1℃ per minute to the temperature at the time of fusing without load.
2. Fusing accuracy: refers to the difference between the actual fusing temperature of the thermal fuse and the rated temperature.
3. Rated current and rated voltage: the nominal current and voltage of general temperature fuse have a certain margin, usually 5A and 250V.
When the lead wire is used for bending, it should be bent from a part more than 3 mm away from the root; when bending, the root and the lead wire must not be damaged, and the lead wire must not be forcibly pulled, pressed, or twisted to prevent damage to the lead wire and the shell body.
