The switch is often used in various products, adopting the adjustable electric control way and sensor technology, temperature detection and control are also used in oven, electrical irons, fan heater, grill cooker and many other home appliances.

The temperature switch should consider the maximum temperature control deviation of the product when setting the control temperature. The maximum temperature control deviation and the minimum operating temperature is the temperature of the switch.

For example: the minimum working condition is 5 ℃, the maximum control deviation is 11K (4 + 7), then the setting temperature of the switch should be 16 ℃.

• The dimension specification and rotation angle of the temperature adjusting shaft can be set according to the customer's requirement.

• The temperature-disconnecting temperature of thermostat and its characteristic curve shall be determined according to the test of customer's finished product and temperature control.

• This product can be designed with induction current to achieve the purpose of temperature control, and can greatly reduce the temperature amplitude, remote temperature sensing control, thermal compensation and so on.. Terminal dimensions and orientations are varied, which can be chosen by customers.

• In order to facilitate the installation of the thermostat, the thermostat can also be riveted with a fixed mounting block (sheet) and has the function of heat conduction. 

Precautions for Installation

• During installation, the ceramic parts and thermosensitive bimetals of the thermostat shall not be affected by external forces.

• The terminal wire to the thermostat is: When the temperature is 5A, the recommended value is 0.5-1mm2. It is recommended to adopt 0.75-1.5 mm2 when the temperature is 10 A.

• If you need to adjust the temperature of the thermostat, the fine adjustment screw in the thermostat screw can be adjusted. Clockwise adjustment is to reduce the temperature, and vice versa.
