How to Detect the Thermostat KSD301 of the Water Dispenser?
For example, one is 97 degrees and the other is 89 degrees. How to detect good or bad about the thermostat work?
To detect whether the thermostat is good or not is to see if it can be turned on (off) at the marked temperature. The water dispenser uses an automatic disconnection type thermostat. The thermostat is installed close to the water tank. When the water temperature reaches 97°C, the two contacts in the thermostat are separated, and the current connected to the two pins is disconnected. Then stop heating.
Whether the detection is good or bad, it is to detect whether the contact bounce (open circuit) can occur under the marked temperature (working point).
If you want to check by yourself, you can touch the lower case of the thermostat to a heated object (hot water), connect the DC ends of the pins (10v is enough), and then pay attention to the temperature of the hot water. See if it disconnects at 97 degrees. Generally ± 5 degrees is qualified.
