Ceramic Base KSD301 thermostat is a miniature sealed bimetal thermostat with metal cover, which belongs to the thermal relay series. It is a single-pole single-throw structure and works under a resistive load. The main principle is that one of the functions of the bi-metal siscs is Snap action under sensing temperature changes. The fast movement of the disc pushes the action of the contact into the internal structure, and then finally turns on or off the circuit. The main features of the KSD301 thermostats are fixed working temperature, reliable fast action, less flashover, longer working life and less radio interference.
