Energy Regulator switch can be used to adjust the output power of the appliance to achieve control of different heating temperatures. The energy regulator includes a casing, a switch assembly disposed in the casing, a heating assembly, a central rotating shaft, a cam assembly fixed on the central rotating shaft, and a cover. The switch assembly is controlled by rotating the central rotating shaft. Limiting through-holes, the bottom of the central rotating shaft is provided with a corresponding convex portion corresponding to the limiting through-holes, and the central rotating shaft is caught in the limiting through-holes through the protruding portions to be fixed in the housing.

The switch assembly includes a power switch and an energy regulating switch. The power switch includes a first fixed terminal and a first movable terminal. The first movable terminal fits the cam assembly. When the central rotating shaft rotates, the cam assembly pushes the first movable terminal. The energy regulating switch includes The second fixed terminal, the second movable terminal, and the first driving member. The first fixed terminal and the second movable terminal are electrically connected to the heating component, respectively. The second movable terminal and the heating component are connected to the first driving component. The second driving member is connected to the second driving member, and the second driving member fits the cam assembly. When the central rotating shaft rotates, the cam assembly pushes the second driving member so that the first driving member drives the second movable terminal.
