The temperature sensing component is composed of a temperature bulb, a  tube, a film sheet and an expansion medium. When the bulb is heated, the medium is heated and begins to expand. The expansion of the medium increases the pressure in the closed system of the entire sensing component. The increased pressure is converted into displacement of the diaphragm. This kind of displacement is also called the stroke, which can touch a snap-action switch, which can open or close the circuit. The required positioning displacement variable can be set by adjusting the rotating shaft. A very short displacement can start the thermostat. This is guaranteed by the meticulous manufacturing process.
