Bulb and capillary temperature switch to open or close calls are used in response to temperature change. It doesn't matter which type or model you choose, all wavelength thermostats work using the same physics. A mass in a metal pipe (lamp and wavering) is converted and the mass is interconnected or absorbed when the temperature changes. This changes the fluid of the target to open or close the circuit. Capillary is a small pipe that moves the objects from the lamp to the head. The head can be a diagram or under which the temperature changes.

Switches turn heat equipment on or off at specified temperature. Everyone has a pipe on a cable to read the distance temperature. Set trigger points by counting.
