Electric Mica Strip Heating Element
Mica insulated strip heating element is economical, Practical and Reliable Heat Source capable of providing uniform heat transfer for sheath temperatures up to 900°F (480°C). For corrosive atmospheres and/or sheath temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C) stainless steel sheath is available. Electric Mica Strip Heating Element is made of mica insulation with nickel chrome heating wire, If insulated with two layers of Mica sheet, we call it Mica Strip heating element, and if insulated with stainless steel as sheath, we call it as Stainless steel Mica Strip heating element. Mica Strip heating element is made of high quality nickel chrome heating wire Cr20Ni80 as the Heating element, using natural mica as insulating layer ,high quality stainless steel as conduction heat layer in the outside.
