The ceramic strip heater is manufactured by Jaye Industry, we adopt good performnce of resistance wire coils( 25AL5, Cr20Ni80, etc.) in side the heater, ceramic is used to enhance heat transfer and the highly compacted refractory insulation evenly surrounding the heating wire to, rust resistance or stainless steel as the sheath, eqquiped with 10-32 thread terminals. It has the advantage of withstand higher temperature( typically limited to 40 to 45 watts per square inch, depending on the application), the best heat transfer possible.

Installation Tips:
1. It must be firmly clamped along a flat metal surface(along its entire length).
2. Make sure the terminal is firmly fixed when the heater is supported by the mounting tab, the other side of the terminal stay flexible loose.
3. Do not over-tighten the nut during installation, otherwise, the terminal will cause danmage to the internal heater.
