The flexible silicone heating blanket made by Jaye is a charged film with a standard thickness of 1.5mm. It uses nickel-chromium wire or a nickel-chromium foil with a thickness of 0.05mm~0.10mm engraved with a certain shape. The silicone rubber heater blanket made by Jaye consists of high temperature resistant wires wound on a glass fiber core to increase support and flexibility, while still allowing expansion and contraction during heating and cooling. The element is designed to provide maximum heat transfer and temperature uniformity, and is arranged in a computer-designed pattern. After arranging the components, vulcanize them between two pieces of silicone rubber until they become one piece. The silicone rubber heating blanket also has a layer of glass fiber to increase strength and tear resistance.
