An oil drum silicone heater is a flexible, electrically powered heating pad designed to wrap around the curved surface of a standard 55-gallon (200-liter) steel drum. It is constructed from fiberglass cloth impregnated with silicone rubber, with an integrated heating element (usually a nickel or copper alloy etched foil).

These heaters are used to maintain, raise, or control the temperature of viscous fluids (like oil, wax, tar, chemicals) or solids stored within the drum.

1-4:Fix the silcone heating pad and connect the spring hook.

5-8: Fix the grounded wire(Put the probe to the space between heating pad and gas tank)

9-12: Connect to the power, setting the temperature and indicator light.
