Free dry process heater made by Jaye heater technology own the feature of duabitly and long life service time, It is also known as silicone rubber heating pad/electric heating film/electric heating band/electric heating sheet, oil drum heater/heating band/heating plate, etc. . It is composed of two pieces of glass fiber cloth and two pieces of pressed silica gel made of silicone rubber glass fiber cloth. Because it is a thin sheet product (the standard thickness is 1.5 mm) , it has good flexibility, and can be heated objects completely close contact. It is flexible, easy to get close to the heating body, and the shape can be changed to design heating, so that the heat can be transferred to any place needed. The general flat heating body with carbon as the main component, and the silicone heater is after the arrangement of nickel alloy resistance line composition, so can be safely used. The surface heater can be made into various shapes according to the requirements.
