Etched foil heater can be manufactured from etched foil The thickness of the etched heating sheet is usually a metal alloy foil with a thickness of 2.5-5 microns. The base material includes epoxy resin, polyimide and silicone rubber. Generally, the surface covering material is the same as the base material. The circuit pattern is vulcanized between two layers of silicon rubber and can be easily mounted to heat sinks or devices that need to be heated.
