Installation method:

The silicone rubber heating blankets are very convenient to install, it can be vulcanized at room temperature and installed through vulcanized rubber. It can also be installed or packaged according to customer requirements.

1. Use pressure sensitive adhesive to stick on flat and smooth parts.

2. The use temperature of pressure sensitive adhesive is continuous: 150°C, instantaneous 230°C. The power density does not exceed 0.9 W/cm2.

3. Please use the waterproof silicone rubber heater coated with pressure sensitive adhesive within half a year before leaving the factory, otherwise it will affect the performance of the glue.

4. Small parts can be prefabricated and vulcanized in the factory to ensure a long service life of the heating plate.
