Silicone rubber band drum heater, also known as oil drum heater, is a particularly soft insulating fixed-length heating band that used on oil drum or any drum shaped objects heating.: The band drum heaters' application dont be affected by the Weather or season，you can use the heaters made by Jaye all the year around, and you can also request us to inbult on the temperature sensor and thermostat. you can control the temperature directly by adjusting the thermostats.

Applications:

Use the silicone rubber band drum heater to easily take out the liquid and coagulum in the drum by heating, such as the adhesive, grease, asphalt, paint, paraffin, oil and various resin materials in the drum. Its viscosity drops uniformly, reducing the pump's power. Therefore, it is not affected by the season and can be used all year round.

Using steps:

1. Wrap the product on the surface of the barrel through the iron buckle and spring on the product surface to ensure that the spring and the iron buckle are firmly connected.

2. Connect the plug configured with the product to the 220V AC power supply.

3. Control temperature adjustment: Press the SET key to flash and display the control temperature, and then press the ↑ or ↓ key to adjust the value to the desired temperature, and the thermostat will automatically store it in memory. Press the SET key to exit the adjustment state and display the library temperature; if you do not press any key, the measurement library temperature will be restored after ten seconds.

4. Working indicator light: During heating process, the working light is on; the working light is off in the constant temperature state.

5. Thermostat parameter setting:

1. After pressing SET for six seconds, it enters the parameter setting and flashes E1;

2. Press SET again to change the parameter selection, display E2, E3, E4, E5, E1 in sequence, and cycle in sequence;

3. Press the ↑ or ↓ key to display the value of the parameter and modify and store the data;

4. If no key is pressed within ten seconds, it will return to normal operation mode.

1. When installing, the silicone rubber flat side of the band drum heater should be close to the surface of the medium pipe and tank, and fixed with aluminum tape.

2. In order to reduce heat loss, a thermal insulation layer should be added outside the heating tape.

3.It is strictly forbidden to install with overlapping winding to prevent overheating and damage.
