Silicone Heater Drum also called Oil drum heaters are used for heating, tracing and heat preservation of barrel-shaped equipment lacking tanks, pipes, and so on. It can be wound directly on the heated part for easy installation and disassembly. It is especially suitable for dissolving paraffin to prevent waxing of oily objects in winter. The surface temperature when the heater is suspended in 20 degrees of still air is 150 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the heater will vary depending on the environment in which it is used and the material and shape of the heated object.

It is mainly composed of a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire and a glass fiber reinforced silicone rubber insulation cloth. It has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, high strength, convenient use, long service life, not easy to aging, and can bend and deform the surface of the object, so that the heat can be evenly transmitted to each part in contact with the object to be heated.
