1-The excellent performance of the Fiberglass-reinforced drum heater is based on its special construction and processing procedures.
2-It consists fiber glass reinforced multi-layer of silicone rubber.
3-These pieces of silicone rubber are bonded together by heating and pressing.
4-Wire mesh or etched foil elements are embedded in a layer of silicone rubber sheet.
5-These sheets will be vulcanized to become stronger and softer.
6-After all these processes, the silicone drum heater can withstand industrial use and is resistant to most chemicals and moisture.
7-For high power density applications, a Fiberglass-reinforced High Temperature silicone drum heater with etched heating foil is recommended.Compared with the electric heating wire, the etched electric heating foil has larger surface and shorter distance.

There are three Types of mounting: Spring Type, Snap-fastener Type, and the Velcro Type.
