Quartz Heater Tube
Product Details
Quartz heater tube is used iron chrome alloy wire(FeCrAl wire) as a heating unit and uses quartz tube as protection sleeve. It has a wavelength range of 2.2-3.5 microns and a color temperature of 1800K. The main radiation band is best suited for drying water and is widely used in industry drying, among other applications, due to its location in the medium wave region. Power, voltage, and lamp length can all be made to the customer's specifications and drawing. There are two ways to install it: both horizontal and vertical operation We can use coated white processing or half-golden plating to increase radiation efficiency.
