There are four types of PTC water heater, First is the Tranflux type, for this type of PTC heater, the water flows throughthe hole of the heater tube, and the Water can be instantly heated by the heating element. Second is the immersion type, the PTC heating element is immerged in a water tank or container to heat. The thrid is underside type, the PTC heating element can be put under a water container to heat, The thick film PTC heater belong to this type. The fourth is the surrounding pipe type, the PTC Heating element can be surround out a metal water pipe to heat the water in middle.

2) The fixing connected screw or flange could consist of brass, aluminum or stainless steel. The shape could be selected by customer.

3) The surface temperature without water, could be between 50~260C, the higher is this temperature, the larger is the power.

4 For preventing corrosion, stainless steel shell, copper shell, titanium shell, monel shell, could be selectted. The surface can be nickel plating, paint anti-corrosion coating.
