PTC Thermistor Heater Chip is the heating core of the PTC heater. There are four electrodes coating to be selected: nickel +silver,melt-jet aluminum, screen print. The size and shape are also made based on the application requirements. The shape of PTC Heating Element Chip mainly have Round (circular) shape and Square Shape.

Heating characteristics of PTC Thermistor heater chip at constant temperature
When the PTC heater is turned on, the time characteristic and surface temperature rise characteristic of the heater can be measured. It can be seen that due to the PTC characteristics, the surface temperature of the heater or the temperature field of the thermal system with the heater as the center, when the thermal balance is reached, the measured temperature is nearly constant, even if the working electric field is very strong, the environmental dissipation conditions or heat load will change within a certain range, the heater can still maintain constant temperature and heat.
