Silicone cloth is a new type of composite material with abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance after high temperature thermal vulcanization. At present, it is widely used in chemical plants, automobiles, medical, food and other industries. The main material of silicone cloth is glass fiber cloth. This material is used as a base cloth and is formed by rolling or impregnating silicone rubber.
Generally speaking, various kinds of glue are used in the production of silicone cloth. The most commonly used glue is joint glue. The joint glue needs to pay attention to related matters during use, otherwise it will directly affect the production of silicone cloth and the later Use effect, this article introduces the matters needing attention when using the joint adhesive.
People all know that silicone cloth is a material with good insulation effect, and the surface also has good toughness and slightly greater friction. The joint adhesive is prepared according to a certain ratio, which is a mixture of a liquid curing agent and a viscous curing adhesive. Therefore, the joint adhesive does not need to be fixed, and has good adhesion and temperature resistance. Effect, it should be noted that the ratio of the preparation must not be wrong, otherwise it will affect the effect of the joint glue.
During the production of silicone cloth, the joint adhesive needs to be evenly applied to the joint. However, users need to pay attention to the fact that the configured joint adhesive has a short time-effect, which is about half an hour. If it exceeds the adhesiveness, it will be affected. Impact, so users not only need to quickly but also apply evenly when using.
