1. Specific time? How long is the exhibition period?
From June 15 to 24, 2020, the exhibition will last for 10 days.
2. Scope of online exhibitors?
Export Exhibition: Exhibitors are about 25,000 companies that have been arranged by the booth of the 127th Canton Fair. The number and location of booths are subject to the announcement of the conference.
Import Exhibition: Exhibitors are overseas pavilions and enterprises that have completed the prepayment of booth fees for the 127th Canton Fair. It is estimated that there are about 400 companies from about 30 countries and regions.
In order to ensure the quality of the Canton Fair held online for the first time and to continue the qualification requirements of the offline physical exhibition for exhibitors, companies outside the above scope can participate in the third-party cross-border e-commerce platform activities of "Synchronous Canton Fair, Global Business Opportunities"
3. The specific arrangement of the exhibition theme?
The setting of the exhibition area of the export exhibition and the import exhibition refers to the setting of the previous physical exhibition. Set up a special zone for exhibitors in poor areas, and at the same time be included in the list of exhibitors in the corresponding exhibition area according to their types of exhibits. All exhibition contents are online at the same time.
Export Exhibition: 50 exhibition areas are divided into 16 categories of products, namely electronics and home appliances, lighting, vehicles and accessories, hardware tools, machinery, building materials, chemical products, energy, daily consumer goods Gifts, textiles and clothing, footwear, home decorations, office, luggage and leisure products, food, medicine and medical care.
Import Exhibition: A total of six categories, namely electronics and home appliances, building materials and hardware, machinery and equipment, food and beverage, household items, fabrics and home textiles.
4. What is the specific format of the Canton Fair held online?
The 127th Canton Fair will make full use of advanced information technology to establish a comprehensive online display docking platform on the official website of the Canton Fair. Exhibitors that have received the booth arrangement of this Canton Fair will all display online and participate online according to the exhibition area. The platform provides all-weather online promotion, supply and purchase docking, online negotiation and other functions, mainly including four major sectors:
►Online display docking platform
First, companies can upload their own company and product information in the format of pictures, videos, 3D, VR, etc. to display in multiple forms, multiple dimensions, and convenience;
Second, according to the data of the booth arrangement of the current Canton Fair, enterprises can upload virtual booths, which is convenient for enterprises to display their images in three dimensions and release products;
The third is to strengthen and improve the search query function. Buyers can search for products or enterprises through exhibit classification, product and enterprise keywords, booth number, etc., and visit the enterprise virtual booth.
Enterprises are requested to focus on the organization and uploading of exhibits on the online display and docking platform.
Establish online live broadcast columns and links, and set up a 10 × 24 hour online live broadcast room for each company. The live broadcast room is not limited by time and space. The company can not only conduct face-to-face negotiations with customers online, but also broadcast through the Internet. Promote and promote a large number of merchants, and provide functions such as watch-on-demand, video upload, interactive communication, and sharing, which provide convenience for enterprises to carry out personalized live marketing and communication negotiations.
Enterprises are required to plan the live content and design the process in advance.
► Supply and docking
The platform supports exhibitors and buyers to publish supply and demand information, strengthen online matching, and provide honest background information for both parties of the transaction, including the status of buyers 'participation, registration origin, previous exhibitors' participation, whether they are Canton Fair brand enterprises, etc., copied online A trade negotiation environment in which both parties of the physical exhibition trust each other. In order to respect and ensure the privacy of B2B trade, both parties can choose third-party tools to conduct in-depth negotiations and establish orders. The platform also provides some video conferencing and social software links to facilitate the use of both parties. The platform page provides multilingual translation support to facilitate the communication between buyers and exhibitors.
► Third-party platform synchronization activities
The 127th Canton Fair will set up a cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area; at the same time, some domestic third-party cross-border e-commerce platforms will hold the theme of "Synchronous Canton Fair, Global Business Opportunities". Enterprises can participate in the Tripartite e-commerce platform activities. The list of relevant platforms is yet to be announced.
5. How to log in to the online exhibition platform?
About 25,000 export exhibition companies that have been arranged by the booth of the 127th Canton Fair and about 400 import exhibition companies can log in to the exhibition platform using the account number of the original Easyjet system, and other users cannot log in. Buyers and visitors at home and abroad can enter the online exhibition platform through the official website of the Canton Fair, etc. to register and log in, query the company name, browse the company's exclusive page, click on product information, and visit the company's live broadcast room (if the company has access restrictions Visitors need to apply to the enterprise to obtain an invitation code to enter) and other online exhibition operations. The conference will clarify the specific login process in the subsequent exhibition guidelines.
6. Specific requirements for uploading enterprise information and exhibit information?
Currently, the platform is still under development. Exhibitors are requested to prepare relevant materials in advance. After the platform is opened for use in early May, it will be uploaded uniformly.
Time requirement: Complete all information upload before May 25th.
Technical specifications: According to the development progress of the platform, some of the uploaded material specifications are currently provided first, and the conference will continue to supplement the subsequent exhibition guidelines.
Quantity requirements: each company uploads at least 10 representative products in each exhibition area; companies that have obtained more than one booth need to upload 5 more products for each additional booth; at least one video display file is uploaded. There is no upper limit for the number of exhibits uploaded; the upload items must be no less than the lower limit.
Each company can upload a VR format virtual booth in each exhibition area.
Material suggestions: product multi-angle appearance display, functional icons, text introduction, specifications and technical parameters; corporate text introduction and real pictures.
Information quality: Each product must provide detailed Chinese and English names and product descriptions. Pictures, videos, 3D display files, etc. should be clear and distinctive, and the display content should be as rich and diverse as possible. If the enterprise needs, the product code can be customized according to the situation, which is convenient to connect with its own database.
7. How to arrange training for online exhibition?
One is that the company will do a good job in self-training based on its own needs and the characteristics of the online exhibition; the second is that the technical supporter will organize video training in May (the specific time will be notified later); the third is that the organizer will produce the exhibition depending on the progress of the exhibition The guidelines are issued several times; fourthly, the provincial and municipal trading delegations will also organize exhibitors to conduct training as appropriate.
8. How to participate in the selection of the Canton Fair Export Product Design Award (CF Award) in 2020?
The collection of products for the 2020 Canton Fair Export Product Design Award (CF Award) will be open until June 30. Enterprises are requested to simultaneously choose whether to participate in the CF Award when submitting product information for online display at the 127th Canton Fair. Relevant selection work will be postponed until before and after the Autumn Fair.
9. How to arrange the protection of intellectual property rights and trade disputes?
At the level of the organizer, on the existing mechanism of the Canton Fair, according to the actual situation of the network, a column is set up on the official website of the Canton Fair to provide intellectual property protection and trade dispute handling services for exhibitors and buyers.
At the level of exhibitors, we will strengthen the technical guarantee and establish a protection mechanism for the characteristics of online hosting. Enterprises can protect their intellectual property rights by setting the scope of buyers and viewers who browse products and participate in live broadcasts.
10. Other activities?
During the same period, the Canton Fair will host online forums (international trade development forum, industry special forums), online contracting (held at home and abroad), new product launches (showing innovative products) and other activities. The conference will schedule and organize overall promotion. Enterprises are welcome to actively participate in and pay attention to related activities.
