Among high temperature resistant insulating materials, mica material has a good price-performance ratio. The surface color is silver-white. This type of heating element uses mica as the carrier of the heating element, and the surface is wound with nickel-chromium wire or iron-chromium wire. In addition, some customers also need galvanized or stainless steel plates on the mica plate as the outer layer protection. It has excellent electrical insulation properties, voltage breakdown indicators up to 20KV/MM; excellent environmental performance, no asbestos, less smoke and less odor when heated, even smokeless and odorless.
If stainless steel is needed as the outer plate, the power and voltage can be designed according to customer needs. We produce the heaters according to technical requirements, drawings or samples. It is recommended to use it below 350 degrees Celsius. The conventional thickness is 3-5mm.

Why is the Heating Sheet Deformed?
