Cr20Ni80 Resistance Heating Wire
The Cr20Ni80 resistance heating wire is the most popular heating wire used in the heating elements. It has high resistivity and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. When used as a heating element, resistance wire is usually wound into coils. The high nickel content combined with the high chromium content let the scaling temperature can reach to 1250ºC. The Nickel Chrome wire can be pooled by high speed automatic cooling machine, and can be made as wire and ribbon(strip).
