A: Generally 5-10 days for regular samples, 15-30 days for batch orders. We will indicate the lead time on our Proforma Invoice for each order, because for different elements, the delivery lead time may be different.

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: Normally For most our domestic heating elements and thermal parts can be sent free of sample charge if the quantity is small and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS courier account number to us. If the industrial and commercial elements, or quantity is big, need sample charge.
