Middle High Electrical grade magnesia powder (MHTM) is moisture-proof and high temperture resistant magnesium oxide，used for medium high temperature air heating elements，is not suitable for high temperature heat treatment（such as 1050℃annealing), it has high moisture proof property, simply sealing is available. We syggest to dry the heating elements at 200℃-350℃before sealing.
Applicable to various medium power and medium and high load medium heaters such as electric water heater tubes, oven tubes, Electric stove coil heating elements.
Remark：The content of +425μm and -45μm are strictly controlled within the specific range. in order to get the required tap density and flow rate, the content of other particle size can be outside the above range.

Safety and Storage:
ELectrical grade magenesium oxide is non-toxic，but with a tiny amount of dust，mask and gloves areto be used during operation. The MgO powder is to stored in a dry place, with a storage period no more than 12 months after delivery.
Special instructions for middle high temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide:
1-Strong moisture resistance: The medium-temperature magnesium oxide produced by our company has a moisture resistance greater than 2000MΩ. It has not been sealed for a long time of 72 hours or more after humidity test (92% humidity, temperature 50℃), and the insulation also has a drop in line resistance. The moisture-proof ability can greatly increase the production cycle and reduce the requirements for sealing materials. Ordinary silicone sealing is sufficient.
2- Strong high temperature resistance: The medium high temperature magnesium oxide powder made by Jaye industry can reach a maximum of 800℃, which fills the defect that the high temperature powder has no moisture resistance.
