High Temperature Electrical Grade MgO Powder

High Temperature Electrical grade magnesia powder(HTM) is a light silicone or no silicone treatment MgO powder, used for high temperature air heating elements. It can bear high temperature heat treatment (such as 1050°C annealing), has excellent electrical performance, but it can't be moisture-proof, so need to be sealed immediately and effectively after dehumidification of electric heating elements.

Special instructions for high temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide

High temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide made by Jaye Industry is suitable for all air-fired electric heating elements below 1200 degrees, and can withstand high temperature heat treatment (such as 1050 degrees annealing). The product is made of high-quality fused magnesia as raw material and absorbs foreign advanced technology and processing. Advantage:

2-Lower moisture content (LO1): The moisture content of our high-temperature magnesia powder is only 0.04% or less, which is beneficial to the moisture treatment of electric heating elements. For long pipes, it can be easily discharged and avoid heat treatment. Expansion in the tube occurred.

3-Lower sintering index: It shows that the degree of bending high voltage is small on the electric heating tube, which is conducive to improving the compressive strength of the electric heating element.

4- Does not contain organic impurities: It can avoid the occurrence of carbonization and blackening of organic substances during heat treatment due to the organic impurities that may be entrained in magnesium oxide.
