Will Fluorine Plastic Heaters Leak Or Fail To Heat?
The fluoroplastic electric heater not only has excellent anti-corrosion performance when heating acid and alkaline media normally, but also the immersion type makes the heat utilization rate of the electric heater significantly improved and saves electricity. However, for a large number of long-term use, fluoroplastic electric heaters rarely experience leakage or inability to heat.
1. Specifically, if the fluoroplastic electric heater has such a small probability of leakage, the reasons may be: the fluoroplastic electric heater is disconnected, the heating tube is cracked, improper operation, improper maintenance in the later period, and water in the junction box Or the voltage of the connected line is unstable or the connection line is not well connected.
Improvement: The leakage point should be confirmed first. If the electric heating tube itself is leaking, you can use an oven; if the junction box is filled with water, you can use a hot air gun to dry it; if the connecting wire is broken, you can wrap it with your feet; if it is seriously leaking, you should replace it.
2. In the case of inability to heat, the possible causes are as follows: the internal heating wire of the fluoroplastic electric heater is burnt, the connection box is disconnected, the voltage is insufficient, and so on.
Improvement: If it is the problem of the fluoroplastic electric heater itself, it needs to be replaced with a new one, and the others should be modified and replaced accordingly.
