Why no wire come out from the 3D printer nozzle?

- Apr 20, 2020-

The 3D printer is used for many fields nowadays, and when we use it, we also face many problems. And the nozzle doesn't come out wire is a usual problem that we always come across. The solutions are generally following 4 ways that you can try.

1. Check the wire feed motor of the 3D printer.

Warm the wire and feed the wire. Observe whether the gear rotates normally. Stepper motor feeds the wire to observe whether the motor vibrates slightly and emits a working noise when feeding the wire. If there is, it means that the motor wire is connected wrongly and the middle two wires need to be adjusted. If not, check whether the wiring of the wire feeder and its main board is complete. Incomplete and timely repairs.

2. Check the temperature of printing supplies.

ABS printing nozzle temperature is between 210 ℃ -230 ℃, PLA printing nozzle temperature is between 195 ℃ -220 ℃.

3. Check whether the nozzle of the 3D printer is blocked.

The temperature of the nozzle is heated, the ABS is heated to 230 ° C, and the PLA is heated to 220 ° C. After the wire is ready, push the hand slightly to see if the nozzle is out of the wire. If the wire is out, the nozzle is not plugged. Clean up the accumulation in the nozzle or replace the nozzle.

4. Whether the table of the 3D printer is close to the nozzle.

If the worktable is closer to the nozzle, the worktable squeezes and the nozzle cannot be threaded. Adjust the distance between the nozzle table, the distance is just right to put a thin card thickness

We hope with the reference advice, you can use the 3D printer more easily.
