Why doesn't the upper heating tube turn red after working?
Because the oven is up and down heating mode, after the upper heating tube works, the lower heating tube starts to work again.
The heating tube displays red when it is working, and dim when it is not working. Therefore, the working time of the heating tube is different, resulting in a different appearance color.

How the oven works?
1. The basic principle of the oven is to heat the air and food inside the oven after the heating tube is energized, so the oven can be preheated with an empty box to reach the required temperature.
2. The old model ovens use quartz tubes, and the new ovens all use copper tubes. Usually there are two copper pipes on the upper and lower sides of the oven, and the W-shaped pipe is used in the oven with a particularly large volume to increase the length of the heating pipe and improve the heating efficiency.
3. The heating tube has only one power. When the oven reaches the required temperature, the heating tube will be cut off, and when the box gradually cools down, the heating tube will be energized and heated again. Repeat this to ensure a constant temperature in the box.
4. So the power of the oven refers to the power during heating, but it is not always energized and heated during the entire baking process. The exposed part of the food surface is directly radiated by the heating tube, so it is very easy to scorch.
