Why does the induction cooker hot plate burn?
The reasons are as follows:
1. When the pot is empty, the heating is not stopped in time, which may be caused by the decrease of the internal resistance capacity in the detection circuit.
2. The temperature sensor in the coil of the induction cooker has undergone a qualitative change, the resistance value is erratic, no instruction to stop heating is issued, or there is no thermistor.
3. The alternating current enters the inside of the coil, causing the coil to heat up and turn black. The general reason is that the inductor coil is short-circuited. The universal board has been replaced, or the overall quality of the circuit board inside the induction cooker is poor. The heating is slow, and the heating coil works for a long time to form a shadow. If the shadow of the induction cooker line is not serious, wash it off with clean water and dry it in the sun, brush some insulating paint, etc. to dry it before use.

However, it is recommended to replace the heating plate directly, there may be a short circuit inside the coil, the current will increase greatly, and then the insurance, rectifier bridge stack and IGBT power tube will be burned.
