1. The material composition of 201 is 17Cr-4.5Ni-6Mn-N, which is a Ni steel grade and a substitute for 301 steel. After cold working, it has magnetic properties, high manganese content, bright surface with dark black, and high manganese content is easy to rust.
2.304 material composition is 18Cr-9Ni, which is the most widely used stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. Moreover, 304 contains more chromium, and the surface is matte and does not rust.

The advantages of 304 stainless steel tube:
1.It has better heat resistance, dry burning resistance, mature technology, and the cost is slightly higher than that of 201 material.
2. Even though the same 304 stainless steel tube,the difference in quality and performance is also very large.
The difference:
The main difference between the quality of the 304 stainless steel is that the content of nickel is different. Nickel is an excellent corrosion-resistant material. After combining with chromium in the 304 stainless steeltube, the corrosion resistance and process performance of the 304 stainless steelcan be improved.
Therefore, in terms of material, 800, 840, and 316L are relatively good corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant element.

And 201 contains low nickel, the price is lower than that of 304, but the corrosion resistance is not as good as 304.
