What should I pay attention to when using flange stainless steel tubular heater?
Flange stainless steel tubular heater are widely used in the heating of tank-tank-equipment in electronics, plastics, chemical industry, and environmental engineering.

Precautions for the use of flange stainless steel tubular heater:
1. Do not arbitrarily install at the air outlet with high humidity. Installing at the air outlet with high humidity will easily cause the tubular heater to get damp and the insulation drop, which may cause electric leakage, electric shock and other hazards.
2. Do not use the electric tubular heater in a heating container that lacks water or is contaminated. Put the electric tubular heater in a liquid with a lot of impurities to heat, which will easily cause the surface to become fouled and the heat generated by itself cannot be timely. The tubular heater will be damaged due to the emission, and at the same time, it must be ensured that the heating liquid shall not be lower than the normal liquid level standard, otherwise it may also damage the tubular heater and cause fire and other dangers.
3. Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heater, make sure that the container is placed smoothly, and then install and fix it. Because the unstable container is easy to overturn and dump the liquid, causing the tubular heater to burn dry, due to the danger of fire, electric shock, etc.
4. Do not pile heavy objects on the power cord. When the power supply line is long, you should check whether the line is squeezed by heavy objects. If it is found, the objects should be evacuated in time. Because prolonged squeezing and friction may cause damage to the outer skin of the wire, causing dangers such as electric leakage, electric shock, and even fire.
5. Do not modify the heater at will. Random deformation and modification may cause changes in the internal structure of the heater, affect electrical performance, and may cause fire, leakage, electric shock and other hazards.
