What is the use of fins on finned heating tubes?
Since the heating of fins is the same as that of heating multi fin tubes, why do people need to heat the fins with dry tubes?
Let me tell you about the use of fins on the fin heating tube
a. The purpose of the fin is to dissipate heat, so that the surface temperature of the heating tube can be dissipated quickly. (square fins dissipate heat faster than wound fins)
b. The purpose of fins is to make the heat dissipation of the heating tube more uniform.
Without fins, the surface temperature of the heating tube is relatively slow, and the temperature control should be carried out to prevent the surface temperature of the heating tube too high to burn out the electric heating tube. The purpose of fins can be seen from the above.
What is the Size of Fins for the Tubes?
(1) Winding fins are generally wound up by a steel belt through a winding steel belt machine. The conventional sizes of finned steel belts are: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm. The bigger winding fins need to be customized.
(2) The general size of the square fins is: 25 * 50mm, and the other sizes need to be customized by mold opening.
