Customers often ask us how long the service life of our electric tubular heater can be, and what can't happen to the liquid electric tubular heater?. When we answer the customer every time, before saying the service life of the electric tubular heater, there will be a precondition, that is, the heating zone of the heating tube will not be separated from the liquid heating, which is what we often call anti air dry burning.

"Dry burning" refers to the heating state in which there is no water in the water tank or the water is less than a certain amount when the electric tubular heater is heated. Dry burning is not a set working state, but an accident of system operation, i.e. fault state. The continuation of this state will lead to more serious consequences.


At present, electric heaters on the market are generally equipped with various temperature controllers or thermal protectors. This kind of accessories can make the heated water cut off the circuit and stop heating when the temperature of the test point reaches the set value; when the water temperature of the test point drops to the lower limit, the device will also automatically close. When the electric heater is "dry fired" in the water tank, the high-temperature heat generated by the electric heater is transmitted to the connection part of the water tank for repeated heating, which will damage the sealing ring (gasket), insulation layer and water tank. Compared with most of the "fast heating" type electric heating, the temperature of the joint between the heating body and the water tank rises faster and higher when the heating body and sealing surface are die-casting, and the aging of the sealing ring is accelerated faster and more harmful. The most common type of heater is radiator, electric tubular heater (water heating and superconducting radiator).
