Maintenance before use:
The stainless steel electric heating tube should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the surface is wet for a long time, use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance before use. If it is less than 1 MΩ, the electric heating tube can be dried in a drying box. Dehumidifying the magnesium oxide powder, or using a low voltage to power the heating tube, also a workable method.
Maintenance in use:
1. The terminals of stainless steel electric heating pipes should be kept clean and dry, otherwise it will reduce the insulation performance and be short-circuited. If it is used in a flammable, explosive, chemically corrosive liquid or gas environment, the wiring part of the electric heating pipe should be protected by an insulation sealing device to prevent accidents.
2. The stainless steel electric heating tube used to heat the liquid should be completely immersed in the liquid to be heated to avoid dry burning. The more the electric heating pipe is used, the surface oil scale and scale must be removed regularly, otherwise the heat transfer performance of the electric heating pipe will be reduced and the heat load on the pipe surface will be damaged beyond the rated allowance.
