Tips for using thermal fuses.
1. The rated power and voltage, fusing temperature, working temperature and maximum temperature of the installed thermal fuse should comply with the parameters specified in the circuit.
2. The selected fuse installation position should be careful not to transfer stress to the fuse due to vibration in the finished product and displacement of other accessories.
3. Install in a place where the temperature will not exceed the maximum operating temperature after the thermal fuse is blown.
4. It cannot be used on liquids or machines with a humidity above 95%.
5. The thermal fuse should be installed in a place where only the heat source of the thermal fuse can be sensed. When construction is unavoidable, a thermal barrier should be provided, such as when installed in a heater, care should be taken not to connect directly to prevent the hot wire from heating to the thermal fuse.
6. If the thermal fuse is connected in parallel or continuously through overcurrent or overvoltage in order to improve the current, it will damage the internal contacts of the thermal fuse and affect its normal operation, so it cannot be used in the above conditions. Health status.
