Thermal fuse installation precautions:
1. When the lead wire is bent, the distance should be more than 6mm to bend the root member; when bending, the root cannot be damaged and the lead wire cannot be forcibly pulled, pushed or twisted.
2. When the lead wire welding is completed, the heating temperature conditions should be limited to a minimum. Note that we must not add a high temperature to the thermal fuse link; do not forcefully pull, press, and twist the thermal fuse link and lead wire; after the welding work is completed, it should be Immediately cool down for more than 30 seconds.
3. The connecting components should be able to work reliably within the working range of electrical products, and will not be displaced due to vibration and impact.
4. When the thermal fuse is fixed by screw, riveting or terminal, it can prevent the occurrence of mechanical contact and social bad contact.
5. The thermal fuse-link can only be used under the conditions of the specified rated voltage, current and specified temperature, especially pay attention to the maximum temperature that the thermal fuse-link can withstand continuously.
