Working principle of gas electric heater:
The power supply gas electric heater is a new type of heating equipment for the ash removal system of coal-fired power plants. It is suitable for heating by gasification wind in the air conveying chute of the power station, gasification wind in the ash bucket of the electric precipitator, and gasification wind heating in the ash storage. The equipment consists of two parts, the gas electric heater body and the control system. The heating element adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube as protective sleeve, 0Cr27Al7MO2 high temperature resistance alloy wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which are formed by compression process. The electric heating tube has good thermal conductivity and excellent insulation. There is a deflector inside the heater for uniform heating. The gas electric heater control cabinet and the gasification fan are equipped with interlocking control functions and local control and remote control interfaces. When the equipment is restarted after a sudden shutdown, the control cabinet can automatically and smoothly adjust and play a buffer role.
