The heating tube is a metal tube used to transfer heat energy. Aluminum heating tubes and stainless steel heating tubes used in electric kettles and water heating tubes are usually widely used. It is also widely used in industry, for example: used in dishwashers, electric ovens, baby bottle sterilizers, salt spray test machines, kitchen utensils, refrigerators, steamers and so on.
The requirements for the inspection of heating tubes are very strict:
1. The outer diameter detection, measuring its inner and outer diameters with calipers, measuring the thickness, and the distance of the rod. We require clear code and no cloak in appearance. If the nozzle closed well, whether there is powder leakage.
2. Measuring resistance, withstand voltage, insulation, resistance measured according to process requirements, withstand voltage measured according to customer requirements, insulation is also measured according to process requirements.
