The selection and use environment of the heating tube material?
The electric heating tube shell should choose the tube with applicable specifications and parameters. When choosing the appropriate tube, the shell material should be considered first.
1. Stainless steel tube
There are many different grades of stainless steel, such as SS304, SS321, SS316L, SS310S, etc.
Stainless steel 304 can be used for conventional non-alkaline water and oil heating, and SS316L is used for some acid and alkaline liquids, but SS316L is not suitable for strong acid and alkali.

2. Titanium tube
Titanium tube are generally suitable for chrome plating, acid copper, nickel plating, passivation, filling, oxidation tank, chromic acid anodizing, phosphating acid tin plating and other processes, so the price of it is also relatively high.
3. Teflon tube
Teflon tube is also called Teflon electric heating tube, PTFE electric heating tube, commonly known as PTFE tube. It is generally suitable for corrosive liquids such as strong acid and alkali, and the general process temperature is less than or equal to 105℃.
Its advantages are no adhesion, no scaling, and even surface heat dissipation. But the price is also high. Due to the low temperature requirements, the surface load should not be too high in design.

4. Quartz heating tube
Quartz heaters are generally suitable for use against corrosive liquids, except for hydrofluoric acid. The disadvantage is that it is extremely fragile.
