The Principle of PTC Heating Element
Principle:
1. The PTC heating element is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and corrugated aluminum strip through high temperature bonding.
2. The PTC heater has the advantages of low thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. It is an electric heater with automatic constant temperature and power saving. One of its outstanding features is its safety performance. In any application, it will not produce "redness" on the surface of electric heating tube heaters, which may cause burns, fires and other safety hazards.
Expand Knowledge:
1. PTC heating film saves costs and has a long life.
It does not need special temperature controllers and temperature sensors such as thermal resistance thermocouples to perform temperature feedback to control the heating of the heater. Its temperature adjustment is based on its own material characteristics, so that the product has a service life that is much longer than other heaters. .
2. The PTC heating element is safe and environmentally friendly.
The heating temperature of the heater body is designed to be in multiple grades below 200 degrees Celsius. In any case, this
The body is not red and has a protective isolation layer. In any application, there is no need for heat insulation materials such as asbestos to cool down. It can be used with confidence and there is no problem of burns to the human body and fire.
3. PTC heating film saves power.
Comparing electric heating tube and resistance wire heating products, this product relies on the characteristics of the material itself and adjusts its own thermal power output according to the change of ambient temperature, so it can optimize the heater's power consumption to a minimum, and at the same time, it is a material with high heating efficiency. It also greatly improves the utilization efficiency of electric energy.
•Rapid temperature rise, automatic temperature control even in case of fan failure, long service life
• Wide voltage range, can be designed according to needs between 12V-380V
• Convenient design, can be designed arbitrarily from low power to high power, and the shape can also be designed according to requirements
•No burning, safe and reliable, no redness and no open flame when PTC heats up
