The difference between the crimped-on lead and the swaged-in lead of the cartridge heater
The production process is different
External wiring: the internal resistance wire is welded to the lead rod (hard bow wire rod or multi-stranded soft wire) and then lead out, and then connect the high temperature lead.
Inner lead: the high temperature lead is directly welded with the resistance wire and led out from the inside of the nozzle.
High temperature lead material is not the same
External wiring: Since the high-temperature lead is welded to the bow bar on the outside, the temperature of the welding part will not be too high at this time. The high-temperature lead of the external wiring-generally can withstand a temperature of 200 degrees.
Inner lead: Since the internal lead wire structure of the high temperature bow wire is directly welded to the resistance wire from the inside and inside the nozzle, the high temperature bow wire core of this structure must have a temperature resistance of at least about 800 degrees, which is generally used. It is pure nickel wire, so the cost is also very high.
The creepage distance is different
From the perspective of creepage phenomenon, the inner lead is safe. The two lead rods of the external wiring are insulated and insulated with a glass fiber sheath. If the two leads are accidentally due to expire, there will be a hidden danger of power connection.
Productivity
The production efficiency of the lead is far less than that of the external wiring. When the inner lead is welded to the wire and the resistance wire, the process is more difficult, so the lead of the inner lead should not be too long in general.
Use angle
Because the high temperature wire of the lead is directly drawn from the inside of the nozzle, the root lead is very flexible and can be bent at will.
Since the external wiring is connected to the lead after the bow wire rod is bowed out, the root part is generally not bendable at will.
If a lead wire rod is used, the root is very hard and cannot be bent;
If you use multi-stranded wire as the lead and then connect to the high-temperature bow wire, the root can be folded, but its flexibility cannot keep up with the inner lead. At the same time, due to the high temperature, the multi-stranded wire is generally stainless steel wire or iron wire, which is easy to change under high temperature. It is brittle and easy to break if the bending frequency is high, but the pure nickel wire of the inner arch wire will not have this problem.
