The difference between embedded heating and exposed air dry burning heating on the life of tubular heating elements?


The electric tubular heating elements can be divided into embedded heating and exposed air dry heating in the working environment of dry burning.

First, Most important difference: different heat transfer efficiency

① Embedded heating electric heating element, because it is embedded in a hole, its surface heat is easy to be absorbed by the mold or module, so the embedded heating environment, the heat transfer effect of the electric heating tube is very fast.

② The heat transfer effect of the electric tubular heating elements  heated by naked air dry burning is very poor because the air hinders the heat transfer of the electric heating tube.


Second, Influence on the design of tubular heating elements:

Because of different heat transfer efficiency, the surface load design of electric heating elements is different. The surface load design of the embedded heating tube can be larger than that of the heating rod heated by dry burning of bare air.


Third: The service life of the electric tubular heating elements in the two working environments is different
