3. Cold resistance: It can be used at -50℃, and its performance remains unchanged after repeated impacts of cold and heat.
4. Adhesion performance: It can be coated on the surface of glass and ceramics.
The usage of flexible silicone resistance heating elements
1. When using this type of electric heating device, it must be noted that its continuous operating temperature should be less than 240℃, and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 300℃.
2. The heater can work under pressure, that is, the auxiliary pressure plate is used to make it close to the heated surface. At this time, the heat conduction is better, and the power density can reach 3W/cm2 when the temperature of the working area does not exceed 240℃.
3. The allowable working temperature is less than 150°C in the case of pasting installation.
4. In the case of dry burning in the air, the power density should be less than 1 W/cm2 due to the temperature resistance of the material; in the non-continuous working condition, the power density can reach 1.4 W/cm2.
5. The working voltage selection is based on the principle of high power-high voltage and low power-low voltage, and special needs can be listed.
